Luke is now 3 years old!! We had a great day with him. He opened presents from his Grandma Jonna and Nana Wagner in the morning, had lunch, and then took a long 3 hour afternoon nap (with all his animals he received from his grandmas). We met a couple friends at Chuck-E-Cheese for pizza, games and cake and then headed home to do our presents.Honestly, I'm a little nervous for the next year. 3 often is worse than 2 and Luke has been a bit....well,...violent over the past month or so. He pulls hair, kicks, and even occassionally bites! I know that boys can have more aggressive personalities than girls but come on. This is crazy! Karina never did anything like this so I'm at a bit of a loss for ideas.
The good news is Luke has such a big heart! He gives the best hugs and smothers me with kisses and I love it. He adores his sister and is perfectly content to be her shadow all day. He thinks everything is absolutely hysterical and has an adorably infectious laugh. I know this aggressive behavior is just a stage and it will get better as we help him with his "anger management" so until then, I'll try to focus on all the cute things he does and how lucky I am to have him in my life. I love you Luke!

I can't believe Luke is 3! He's so cute! But good luck! I definitely thought 3 was worse than 2 for Caleb but now that he's almost 4 it seems to be getting better. Boys and girls are so different!
